A contractor calculator pack for Excel and Google Sheets: 10 material calculators plus a job estimate and an invoice, all in one workbook.

Measure the job, type your numbers in the yellow cells and read what to order in the green ones. When you're ready to quote, the Job Estimate tab adds your markup, sales tax and deposit, and the Invoice tab bills it. Is anything shipped?

No. This is an instant digital download (a ZIP with the .xlsx workbook and a How-To guide) sold through our Etsy shop. Nothing is mailed.

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes. Open the .xlsx in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. There are no macros or add-ons.

Does it size beams or footings?

No. The calculators estimate materials. They don't size beams, footings, wiring or HVAC equipment, so always check your local building codes and your supplier's quantities.

How may I use it?

For use in your own business. Please don't resell or share the files.
