Billsheaf Terms of Service

Effective: October 19, 2026. These terms are between you (the store installing Billsheaf) and Front Porch Puzzle Press ("we").

1. The service. Billsheaf is a Wix app that creates PDF invoices, packing slips and credit notes from your store's orders, numbers invoices and credit notes in sequence, and can, if you turn it on, send your customers a link to their invoice through your store's Wix Automations.
2. Plans and billing. The Free plan includes 25 new invoices or credit-note numbers per calendar month and prints a small Billsheaf credit in the footer. The Pro plan removes the limit and the credit and adds bulk downloads and credit notes. Paid plans are billed by Wix in the currency and on the schedule shown when you upgrade. You can change or cancel your plan in your Wix account at any time; refunds follow Wix's app billing rules. Contact us if you were charged in error.
3. Your responsibilities. Billsheaf prints the prices, discounts and tax that Wix calculated for each order; it does not calculate or decide tax. You are responsible for your store's tax settings, for the business details and wording you enter, and for whether your invoices meet the invoicing rules where you trade. Check a sample invoice before relying on it.
4. Numbering. Billsheaf never issues the same number twice as long as its records on your site are kept. If you delete those records in your site's CMS, numbers may be reused.
5. Acceptable use. Don't use Billsheaf for unlawful purposes or to create misleading documents.
6. Availability. Billsheaf runs on Wix's platform. We aim to keep it working but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and Wix's own outages are outside our control.
7. Warranty and liability. Billsheaf is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Billsheaf in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Privacy. See the Billsheaf privacy policy.
9. Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continuing to use Billsheaf after a change means you accept it.
