Mailsheaf: bulk tools for new Outlook
Select a stack of emails and save every attachment as one ZIP, export the list to Excel, or save and print them all at once. Works in new Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the web.
What it does
- Save all attachments from the selected emails into one ZIP. Skip inline logos, keep only certain file types (PDF, Excel and so on), add the date or sender to each file name, or give each email its own folder.
- Export to Excel: a CSV of date, sender, recipients, subject, attachments and body text, ready to open in Excel.
- Save emails as files: download the selected emails as .eml files in one ZIP.
- Print several emails at once: one printable page, oldest first, with each email starting on a new page. Print it or save it as a PDF.
How it works
- In Outlook, select several emails (Ctrl+click or Shift+click).
- Click Mailsheaf on the ribbon or in the Apps menu.
- Pick a tab and click the button. The file lands in your Downloads folder.
Free and Pro
Every feature is free for up to 10 emails at a time. Mailsheaf Pro costs $29 a year and handles up to 100 emails at a time, the most Outlook allows. It is bought from inside the add-in.
Private by design
Mailsheaf only reads the emails you select, only when you click a button, and builds the files on your own device. Your mail is never sent to us. The only outside request is checking a Pro license key with Gumroad. Read the privacy policy and terms.
