Mailsheaf Terms of Service
Effective: October 19, 2026. Publisher: Front Porch Puzzle Press ("we").
1. The service
Mailsheaf is an Outlook add-in. The free plan works on up to 10 selected emails per run. Mailsheaf Pro, sold as a yearly subscription through Gumroad, works on up to 100 at a time, the most Outlook lets an add-in select.
2. Outlook
Mailsheaf uses the add-in features Microsoft provides in Outlook. Which features work depends on your version of Outlook and on your organization's settings, and Microsoft may change them. Selecting several emails needs new Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web, or a recent Microsoft 365 version of Outlook.
3. Your files
Mailsheaf makes copies of mail you can already open; it never deletes or changes anything in your mailbox. Keep your own backups. You are responsible for how you store and share the files it creates.
4. Payment, renewal and refunds
Pro is billed yearly by Gumroad, which handles payment, renewal and cancellation. If Pro doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of a charge and you will get it. When a subscription ends, Mailsheaf returns to the free plan.
5. Acceptable use
Use Mailsheaf only on mail you are allowed to access and copy, and in line with your employer's policies and the law.
6. No warranty; limit of liability
Mailsheaf is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Mailsheaf in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Continuing to use Mailsheaf after a change means you accept it.
