Most custom crosswords are loose word layouts. Ours come from the same checked crossword engine behind our puzzle books: words cross only where their letters match, and every answer is checked against the grid before we send it.

At checkout on Etsy you type a heading and names, then your answers with a clue for each, like "Biscuit = Our dog's name". We build the crossword from exactly those words.
Your files arrive in your Etsy messages within 1-2 business days. Nothing is shipped; print at home or at any print shop.

Because each puzzle is made with your words, we can't accept returns, but if anything is wrong, message us through Etsy and we'll fix it.
