Billsheaf: PDF invoices for Wix stores

Turn every order into a branded PDF invoice with your logo, colours, address and tax numbers. Packing slips and credit notes too.

What it does

• Your template: logo, accent colour, business details, tax and registration numbers, notes, footer and custom fields, with a live preview.
• Numbering that never repeats: your prefix and digits, an optional yearly restart, and a start number to continue from another system.
• One or many: download a single invoice, or many orders at once as one PDF or a ZIP.
• Packing slips and credit notes: slips without prices for packing; credit notes for refunds that reference the original invoice.
• Tax shown the way it was charged: included (VAT) or added at checkout, broken down by rate, in the order's currency.
• Any language with Latin, Greek or Cyrillic letters: every word on the page can be changed.
• Optional customer email: a link to the invoice, sent through your own Wix Automations. Off until you turn it on.

Free for 25 new invoices a month, with a small Billsheaf line in the footer. Pro is $7.99 a month (or $79 a year): unlimited invoices, bulk downloads, credit notes and no footer line. Billed by Wix.

Private by design

Billsheaf runs entirely on Wix. Your template and the list of invoice numbers stay in your own site's CMS, and customer details are never copied anywhere. No analytics, tracking or ads. Read the privacy policy and terms.
