• What you clicked and what happened (a screenshot helps).
• Your browser, and whether it's a personal or a work/school account.
• For license questions, the email address you used to buy. Never send your password.

Refunds

Paid upgrades can be refunded within 30 days, no questions asked. Email us from the address on your receipt.
