Chimelark Terms of Service

Effective October 19, 2026.

1. Chimelark (the browser extension and the Google Slides™ add-on) is provided by Front Porch Puzzle Press "as is", without warranties of any kind.
2. The free features are free to use for personal, classroom and commercial presentations, with no time limit.
3. Chimelark Pro is a one-time purchase through Gumroad. It unlocks the Pro features for the person who bought it, on the browsers they use. There is no subscription.
4. Refunds: if Pro doesn't work for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
5. Chimelark depends on how Google Slides draws presentations. If Google changes Slides, a feature may stop working until we update it. We will try to fix breakages quickly but can't promise a timeline.
6. Don't rely on Chimelark alone where exact timing is critical (for example, official exams); keep a backup clock.
7. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for Pro.
8. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
