Scenequill Terms of Service

Effective October 21, 2026

Screenplay formatting, the element buttons, (CONT'D), the scene list and character list, and Fountain import and export are free, with no length limit. Scenequill Pro is a one-time purchase sold through Gumroad that adds Final Draft (.fdx) export, a title page, scene numbers, and scene-length and character reports. Pro has no subscription and does not expire. Each license is for one person. If it doesn't work for you, reply to your Gumroad receipt within 30 days for a refund.

Scenequill is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It changes your document only when you choose a command; use Google Docs' Undo (Ctrl+Z) or version history to reverse any change. Page counts and scene lengths are estimates, and a .fdx or Fountain file opened in another program may lay out slightly differently. Check important scripts before you submit them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Scenequill. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
