Vellumpane: pixel-perfect design overlay

Lay the design mockup over the page you're building and line them up pixel by pixel. Unlimited layers on the free plan, no subscription.

What it does

• Overlay any design image (PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG) on the live page. Drop it on the panel, pick a file, or paste a frame copied from your design tool.
• Line it up: drag it, or nudge with the arrow keys (Shift for 10px). Set opacity and scale, with a one-click @2x button for retina exports.
• Difference and invert modes make every misaligned pixel stand out.
• Lock a layer so clicks go through to the page. Layers are saved for each page.
• Works on localhost dev servers and, once you allow it, on local files.

Free and Pro

Unlimited layers are free. Vellumpane Pro adds saved layer sets for a whole site, import and export, rulers and guides, and your own keyboard shortcuts, for $19 paid once.

Private by design

Vellumpane only runs on a tab when you click its button. Your designs stay in your browser; nothing is uploaded. The only outside request is checking a Pro license key with Gumroad. Read the privacy policy and terms.
