Tagwren: consignment payouts for Shopify

For consignment and resale shops and vendor malls. Every online and POS sale, refund and cancellation updates each consignor's balance to the cent; you pay out in cash, check or store credit.

What it does

• Consignor splits: a percentage per consignor or per item, plus an optional per-item fee. Past sales keep the split they sold under.
• Sales sync themselves: online and Shopify POS orders, partial and full refunds, and cancellations. A full refund always nets to exactly zero.
• Payouts: cash, check, bank transfer or store credit as a Shopify gift card, with an optional store-credit bonus and a hold for your return window.
• Statements and earnings pages: a monthly PDF statement for every consignor and a private read-only page with their items, sales and payouts. No consignor login.
• Markdowns: take 20% off after 30 days, 40% after 60, or your own steps; items past their consignment period are flagged.
• CSV import of consignors and items, by SKU, barcode or variant id.

Plans

Free for up to 25 items for sale at once. Starter is $15 a month (1,000 items) and Pro is $29 a month (unlimited), or $150 and $290 a year. Every plan has every feature. Billed by Shopify.

Private by design

Tagwren never stores a buyer's name, email or address; it asks Shopify to leave them out of the order data it receives. No analytics, tracking or ads. Read the privacy policy and terms.
